Evoke Studio is provided as a tool for managing photography and creator workflows, including projects, clients, reminders, contracts, invoices, expenses, and attachments.
Certain features may require an active subscription to Evoke Studio Premium. Subscription billing, renewal, free trial handling, and cancellation are managed by Apple through the App Store.
Free access may be limited. Premium access unlocks additional tools and expanded usage limits.
Evoke Studio is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
Evoke Studio is not responsible for loss of data, business interruption, loss of income, or other damages arising from use of the app.
You are solely responsible for your content, your exported files, your backups, and how you use the app in your business workflow.
Because app data is stored locally on your device, you are responsible for creating and keeping backups. Evoke Studio may offer reminders to help you create backups, but backup management remains your responsibility.
We may update the app and these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Evoke Studio after changes are made means you accept the updated terms.
